Training and Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell of our college plays a crucial role in guiding and providing complete assistance to all the UG and PG passing out students for their entry into suitable employment and successful career. The Placement Cell functions  round the year to facilitate contacts between the students and the industries. We ensure that the students are trained according to the needs of the companies before they participate in the campus recruitment . The Placement Cell conducts career guidance programmes for all the registered  students.  The cell organises various training programmes including  Mock exams and Interviews, GD, Communication Skills, Soft skills, seminars and  Workshop etc in order to meet the requirements of the job industries. The cell also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training and placement programmes for all the students.

• Interaction with the best reputed organisations for Campus recruitment.
• Training &Placement Presentation at various companies.
• Conducting Seminars/ workshops on Resume Writing and Interview(s) and Soft skills development.
• Coordinating all the activities related to Placement.
• Guiding students for placement in credible organization.
• To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
• Organisation of job fairs.
• Making the students avail  all relevant recruitment advertisements.
• Coordinating with companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures.
• Identifying the needs and expectations of the students as well as the companies in order to assist them in completing the recruitment process to accomplish the goal:  The most suitable candidates for the best companies.
• Organising regular meetings with HRs of the various  companies and TPO’s to promote recruitments.
• To assist students for industrial training at the end of the fourth (PG)and sixth semester (UG).
