About the Department:
- Department of Botany was established in 1964 with B.Sc., CBZ Combination.
- B.Sc., BBM (Botany, Biochemistry, and Microbiology) combination was started during 1993.
- Department offers Add-on-Course / Career Oriented Course in Horticulture from 2004 onwards.
- Scheme : Semester Scheme – 3 years with 6 semesters
- NEP for BSc Botany is implemented from 2021-22. Semester scheme- 4years with 8 semesters.
